Hotel Room + Entry Package

Haven’t been able to get a spot in this year’s event? Don’t want the hassle of searching for hotel rooms? Don’t worry we have the package for you.

We have secured a limited number of individual Olympic Distance places and have also reserved double rooms at the following hotels for a 1 night or 2 night stay.

These are all very accessible to ExCeL either via public transport, car or bike and If that wasn’t enough...

The London Triathlon Hotel Package also includes:

• A pre race Pasta Party to top up on those vital carbs (on the evening of 22nd September) located at the Crowne Plaza Docklands
• A talk from a top ex Olympic triathlon coach to advise you on how to prepare for the big day (on the evening of 22nd September)
• A post  or pre race massage to relax your muscles before the event to relieve you of all those aches and pains after the event
• A Gatorade hydration Pack to keep you hydrated for your race
• A Maxifuel nutrition pack to keep your fuel up during the event

• Crowne Plaza, Shoreditch : 2 NIGHTS STAY (Choose from: Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd  September) = £310 inc. VAT

• Crowne Plaza London Docklands: 2 NIGHT STAY  (Choose from: Friday 21st, Saturday  22nd and Sunday 23rd  September) = £587.00 inc. VAT

Additional nights at these hotels can be booked, as a separate booking via www.ihg.com/triathlon2012.

• Holiday Inn Express London Limehouse: 2 night stay (Choose from: Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd  September) = £499 inc. VAT

*Please note the only rooms available are double rooms, breakfast is included and the Olympic Distance place is only available for racing on Sunday 23rd of September.

Please note the following:

1. Full cancellation and refund is available within 7 days of the confirmed booking but no  later than the 1 August 2012.
2. Any accommodation package cancellations made after 1 August 2012 shall not be refunded.
3. Accommodation bookings cannot be deferred for 2013 and any accommodation packages not used by the 1st August 2012 shall be deemed to be expired and unusable for the following year.
