Virgin Active London Triathlon Training Programmes

TRIATHLON TRAINING

We are delighted to announce that the training days for The Training Days for The Virgin Active London Triathlon 2012 will be held on the 21st and 22nd July at Thames Young Mariners (Ham Fields, Richmond, TW10 7RX). More details about the location and the set up of the weekend will be announced shortly.

The training day is the best way for first timers and those wanting to improve to prepare for every aspect of a triathlon. The full days training incorporates everything you need to know, including the three disciplines (swim, bike and run), with each section being led by GB's elite coach's who are each individually specialists in their field.

Take a look at some feedback from the 2011 event:

"One of the best things was the chance to see who else was doing the race for the first time - it was great to see such a range of shapes, sizes & ages. Everyone was very encouraging & it was a great atmosphere."
(Caroline Norris)

"Thanks so much for organising this. My friend and I had a great day, the standard of training and high-level people giving us tips was great. Really good value and so helpful. I was hoping it would be the start of my training and I really do feel energised and exited about the next 3 months before the big day."
(Anna Coultas)

COST: £42.00
