The Team Relay is all about sharing your Virgin Active London Triathlon experience – be it with friends or colleagues.

Richard Branson and his team kicked off the 2012 Virgin Active London triathlon team relay, there’s never been a better time to follow in their footsteps!

The concept is ideal for first timers looking for an introduction to Triathlon. A team of 3 consists of one swimmer, one cyclist and one runner with each team member handing over their timing chip (the baton) at the end of each leg. This means you only have to tackle one of the three legs to a triathlon.

Whilst acting as an introduction for some, for others it is highly competitive and has evolved into one of the most exciting corporate sporting challenges of the year. For many, it is the ideal way to compete alongside a colleague within the buzz and excitement of the largest Triathlon in the world.
