Charity places are guaranteed so if you would like
to raise money for our charities contact them directly.

How do I know that I am entered to the race?
If you are unsure that
you are entered to the race follow the procedure
below:
1. Check to see if you received a confirmation email
from us. If you have a confirmation email then you
have a place in the race. Receiving our monthly
e-news is another indication that you are entered
to the race.
Note - you may not be receiving any emails from us even if you are entered. This can be for numerous reasons:
You provided us with an incorrect or out of date email address
The emails are being directed into your junk folder
Our emails are being rejected by your email server
Please add 'donotreply@thelondontriathlon.com' and 'info@thelondontriathlon.com' to your address book - Learn how
2. Unless you have received confirmation of your payment you are not entered!
3. If you have been charged the entry fee but have
not received any emails from us then please Contact
Us. We will respond to let you know whether
you are entered or not. If you are concerned that
you aren't entered to the race please do not leave
it until the last minute to query it.
You have got my age group wrong?
Your age group is based upon the date of birth that you entered. Note that your age group is determined by your age at 31 December of the race year and not your age on race day (in accordance with BTF rules).
My address / email / telephone details are
no longer up to date. How do I change them?
You can update your own details via the Member Login button at the top of this page and click the EDIT ENTRY option. PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to your postal address after 20th of July 2012 is void as the data would have already been sent to our distribution house and therefore your race pack will be sent to your old address. Please ensure your mail is forwarded or your race pack may be lost in the post. If your email address or telephone number changes after this date that is fine please Contact Us and we can update this in the relevant system.
I have entered the race.
How / when do I find out about the race day?
You should expect to receive your race pack two weeks before the relevant race day. This will include:
A race information booklet that contains all the information that you require for the race day.
The race numbers that you will require on race day.
We will update the website with race day information
when it becomes available.
