I have not received my race
pack? |
| |
- Your race packs will be sent out two weeks before the event.
- If you race pack does not arrive in time there is no need to panic.
- The
pack may still be in the post and may still arrive. Contact
Us and we will prepare your numbers for you to collect
on the race day (at Help Desk) should you need them.
- You can still download
the race information from the website.

You have got have my age group wrong? |

Your age group is based upon the date of birth that you entered. Note that your age group is determined by your age at 31 December of the race year and not your age on race day (in accordance with BTF rules).

I am unable to race. What are my options? |

As stated in the Terms & Conditions there will be
absolutely no refunds.
Teams may make personnel changes but must let us
know! Any changes that are not confirmed by the
race organiser. If this rule is broken the whole
team will be disqualified and further action may
be taken.
Note that only withdrawals actioned by mail or email
or online will be accepted.
All withdrawal emails will be kept on file. The
date of receipt of letters or email will be considered
as the date of withdrawal.

What time is my race ? |

You should expect to receive your race pack two weeks before the relevant race day. This will include your race time.
If you have not received our race pack then details of your time will be on our website.
